Graceland Lodge is a custom-built Adirondack Rustic style home. Nestled on a private lot at Whiteface Club Resort and overlooking the golf course and mountains.

The home features an open floor plan that is ideal for entertaining. Stunning great room with a stone, floor to ceiling fireplace; tongue and groove pine ceilings, kitchen with slate counter top, stainless-steel appliances and walk in pantry; French glass doors lead out to an enclosed sun room with a second stone fireplace;

The entry way from the attached two car garage, enters a large mud room with washer/dryer and a half bath;

The main floor also includes a master suite with walk in closet, full bath with jetted tub and glassed shower and a sitting area;

An open log stairway leads up to a wrap around walkway overlooking the great room and two guest bedrooms each with private baths;

The lower level features a large rec room with table tennis, a fourth bedroom with log bunk beds and a full bath; The utility room and two additional rooms that are used for tuning up your skis and storage; the lower level walks out to a stone type patio with an outdoor fire-pit and shower;

Whiteface Club Resort on the shore of Lake Placid offers world class amenities for the whole family: swimming beach, full service Marina with boat slips and rentals, waterfront restaurant; 18-hole Championship golf, 6 clay tennis courts, hiking and biking trails; clinics for all ages-sailing, kayaking, tennis & golf; Relax with yoga on the waterfront; three restaurants within walking distance including the Lake Placid Lodge; Winter brings groomed cross-country ski trails on the golf course and back country trials on the Jackrabbit Trail system that adjoins the Club property; Jackrabbit extends for miles through the mountains; snowshoeing, ice skating and tubing;
